Friday fun day at the Zoo

Tiffany was super excited to go the zoo. We waited until it was time to leave to tell her we were going. She immediately started listing all of the animals that she wanted to see!

First on the list was the Giraffes!

She is lucky to have a tall dad to help her see everything!

Ah her favorite part of the day...the splash pad! She of course did not want to leave!

She heard some kids talking about snow cones and she said she wanted one too. Now Tiffany hasn't ever had a snow cone before and she isn't the kind of kid that will try new things so we really didn't think that she would eat one. So we asked her what color she wanted and she said green. At first she wasn't sure so Brandon and I helped demonstrate how to eat it and all the sudden she tried it...and liked it!

She was a happy kid today!

Softball!

Brandon has been playing softball on Thursdays and we were finally able to make it to a game! Tiffany had a great time watching dad play! She now wants to play softball too!

Peaches!

Every year in May Schnepf Farms has a peach festival. I love going to it and getting fresh peaches! Well this year they only had it for one weekend (last weekend) but they still have the U-pick peaches so we did that. It was fun! Tiff was excited to go pick peaches! We could never get her to eat peaches so I didn't think today would be any different.

She picked up really quick how to pick the peaches.

She was good at picking them and bringing them back to us.

Brandon who isn't a big fan of peaches really liked these fresh ones! It was cool because they say you can eat as many as you want and just pay for what you leave with. So Brandon and I each ate one and asked if Tiffany wanted any and of course she said no!

Then she suddenly asked if she could have one! I didn't think she would really eat it!

But she took a bite!

and another big bite!

The juice was just rolling down her face! Here we are "cheering" our peaches!

She loved the peaches so much that when we got home she asked for another one and ate the whole thing! Now if we could just get her to eat veggies!

Big Girl BED!!!

Ok we finally just ripped the band aid off! We have had a big girl bed for a couple months now but Tiffany didn't want to sleep in it. She kept asking to sleep in the crib. So today after a big day with her cousins Tiff was asleep on the couch so Brandon and I got to work. We took down the crib and set up all her princess stuff.

She went and laid down right away!

She has been getting up at 5am everyday this week so lets hope that tonight goes better!!!

Aunt Jenn & Uncle Erics house

We always have fun when we go over to Aunt Jenn, Uncle Erics and the cousins house and today was no exception. Tiff was excited to find a guitar to play!

Swimming time!! So lets just say Tiff wasn't too excited about getting all the way in but she did good thanks to Aunt Jenn! Thanks Aunt Jenn!

Bubble time with Mamaw

Tiffany loves Bubble time! Every time we get out the bubbles she sings the bubble time song. And today Mamaw taught Tiffany how to blow bubbles all by herself. She had a blast!!

"Pretty"

Yup this is how we roll at our house... Tiffany decided to eat her waffle naked and with her princess crown on. I always say she is pretty when she wears it so she will pick it up and say I want to be pretty mom and then put it on. After breakfast we went and met up with some friends for lunch and Tiffany asked if she could wear it to be pretty for Seth and Cooper. She is starting young!
